Dear Phil,

    There are many reasons that BT&T is the only company, that I would consider to build all of my bulk trucks. You build it the way I want it, the quality is outstanding, it is delivered to me ready to go, and it always looks great. And these things are all important to me, but the best thing you have going for you are the people. From the first contact on the phone to the delivery of the vehicle everyone is friendly and accommodating. As a customer (who is spending a lot of money) I am aware of, and appreciative of, the way I am treated by each and every one of you there at BT&T. As I took delivery of the newest truck and saw it sitting there in the sunlight, I knew that I had to take a minute and just say "Thanks" to all of you. Thanks for all your hard work, thanks for caring about me ( the customer), and thanks for taking pride in what you do! You see, it really does matter!

Dear Shawn;

        I want to personally thank you, Phil and the rest of your staff for your assistance in completing the 7 new bobtails for Star Gas this year. Thank you also for bringing the units to our staff meeting in Florence in October. It was nice to be able to display these units to our operations staff.

      The feedback I am receiving from the field on these units is super. I really appreciate everyone's input in helping us build a quality unit while trying to keep our costs down......
